Tri Port MHA's Constitution and Bylaws cover the governance of all four hockey clubs on the North Island (Port McNeill, Port Hardy, Port Alice and North Island Eagles) as well as the Female Hockey Program. Each hockey organization may have additional policies in place specific to their operations provided that they don't conflict with TPMHAs Bylaws and Constitution.
TriPort has completed it's transition application to be compliant with the new BC Societies Act that came into effect on November 28, 2016. Updated Bylaws were voted on at TriPort's 2018 Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on May 16, 2018. The revised Bylaws are reflected in the document below.
